Bambinos is an ed-tech company started in 2020 by Ex Amazon, Walt Disney, and EuroKids teams who worked in these companies in CEO / Senior Leadership Positions. The company has specialized in designing and delivering high-quality programs to improve young kids' soft skills.

1. Address customer's issues/challenges through phone or chat

2. Resolve them in a timely and efficient manner

3. Make about 100+ calls in a day for demo bookings/obtain feedback/onboarding, etc.

4. Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately

5. Liaise with customers and the business and assist with complaints, errors, orders, cancellations, billing, and more through calls or WhatsApp chat

6. Call the customers for any demo or paid class reminders
