1. Address customer's issues/challenges through phone or chat
2. Resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
3. Make about 100+ calls in a day for demo bookings/obtain feedback/onboarding, etc.
4. Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately
5. Liaise with customers and the business and assist with complaints, errors, orders, cancellations, billing, and more through calls or WhatsApp chat
6. Call the customers for any demo or paid class reminders
