Parents can request a refund if they wish to withdraw their child from the program. The refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis, after considering the following conditions:
Refunds can be requested within 30 days of course enrolment, provided the course consists of 24 or more sessions.
Pro-Rata Calculation: The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining duration of the program. For example, if your child attended [X] classes out of [Y] total sessions, you will receive a refund for the remaining sessions, less any applicable charges.
If the request is raised, applicable 18% GST (Taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Discount Adjustments: If a discount was applied at the time of enrolment, the refund will be adjusted based on the discount given. For instance, if a 20% discount was provided on the program fee, the refund will account for this discount proportionally.
Operational Charges
An operational charge will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge covers administrative and processing fees related to the enrolment and setup of the batch. This cost could be 10% of the pro-rata amount or 199 USD, whichever is higher.
Finding an Alternative Program
If the parent is unhappy with the current program but would like to find another suitable program, we are happy to assist in transferring the child to an alternative program. In such cases, the difference in program fees (if any) will be adjusted, and no operational charge will apply if the transfer occurs within the same payment cycle.
Group Class:
There is no refund for group classes. Parents can move to another batch or another course. Please note, Bambinos.live will put best effort to address any scheduling or teachers’ related concern and provide best possible solution.
