Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Content Specialist with a strong focus on SEO to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives while driving organic search traffic. The Content Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility and driving sustainable growth through effective SEO strategies.

Responsibilities:

1-Content Creation:

1.   Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals and business objectives.

2.   Create high-quality, original, and engaging content, including articles, blog posts, guides, infographics, videos, and more.

3.   Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and formatting techniques.

2-Keyword Research:

1.   Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and topics relevant to our industry and target audience.

2.   Monitor keyword trends and adjust content strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

3-On-Page Optimization:

1.   Optimize on-page content for target keywords, ensuring proper keyword placement, internal linking, and semantic relevance.

2.   Collaborate with the web development team to implement on-page SEO best practices.

4-Content Promotion:

1.   Collaborate with the social media and outreach teams to promote and distribute content effectively across various online channels.

2.   Develop strategies to encourage backlinks and social shares for content pieces.

5-Technical SEO:

1.   Work closely with the technical team to identify and address website issues that might impact search engine crawling and indexing.

2.   Ensure website structure, URLs, and metadata are optimized for SEO.

6-Performance Tracking and Reporting:

1.   Monitor and analyze the performance of content using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

2.   Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics, content engagement, and organic traffic growth.

3.   Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:

4.   Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and content marketing.

5.   Implement new strategies and tactics to maintain and improve search rankings.

Qualifications:

1.   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2.   Proven track record of creating and optimizing content for SEO, resulting in increased organic traffic and rankings.

3.   Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

4.   Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO plugins.

5.   Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.

This is a full-time position based in Bangalore.
