Are your classes pre-recorded or live & how many kids do you teach in one class?
All our classes are Live & Interactive. We strongly believe in specialized and focused teaching along with peer collaboration. This is why we have small group classes with 1 teacher for 4 kids maintaining a 1:4 ratio.
Who designs your courses?
Each course is designed by our in-house special curriculum and pedagogy team with experience of over 30+ years. As an example, our young leaders' program is built by experts from Trinity College, London, and is vetted by industry stalwarts.
Who are the teachers and how do you maintain the quality of teachers?
Each of our teachers is an educator with prior experience of 3+ years in the field. Our educators go through a complete background check and a review of their past experiences, learning pedagogies, and study material. We work with the final motive of providing the best curriculum by the best teachers.
How long are your programs?
We have divided our programs into 24 sessions (3 Months), 48 sessions (6 Months), and 96 sessions (12 Months).
How can I keep track of my child’s progress?
Post enrollment, you will be given your personalized panel where you can find all important progress reports, teachers’ assessments, classes’ schedules, and recordings. You will have lifetime access to the panel.
Is there any Showdown/Showcase at the end of the course?
Every month we bring a series of Showdown/Showcase for the kids. At the end of each Showcase, every kid gets a certificate and feedback from industry stalwarts judging the Showcase

Can I reschedule my Demo session?
We understand that being a parent is a full-time job. If you want to reschedule your session just let us know six hours before class start time and we will be happy to reschedule the demo for you.
What is the class timing?
Our team will provide you with available slots and you can pick and choose the session that works best for you and your kids.
What happens if my kid misses a class?
You will be allowed to cancel six hours before class starts time. If you miss canceling the class, you will be provided a recording of the class.
What are the charges for your courses?
We offer a clear and well-structured payment plan. You can select the plan according to the number of sessions you want to buy. All our prices are listed on our website in a very transparent way. Please note we have kept one of the best pricing in the industry and we guarantee no one can beat our prices for the quality of education we offer. All our prices are fixed and we don’t negotiate. What is your refund policy?
We offer a pro-rata refund (Post taxes + payment gateway transaction charges) for any unattended classes for one on one sessions. For our group classes, there is no refund after the child has attended four classes.
What is the duration of each class?
Each private 1:1 class duration varies from 25 to 45 minutes, depending on the parents' choice. For a group class of 2 students, the duration ranges from 25 to 45 minutes, depending upon number of students in a batch. If there is 1 student in a group batch, the class duration will be 25 min, and if there is more than 1 student in the batch, the class duration increases to 45 min. Each group class content is designed to engage each student.
What is Young Readers Program ?
The Young Readers Program (YRP) includes phonics classes for kids in the age group 4-7. It takes a playful and fun approach to help children take their first steps in language learning. The program is designed using Embedded Mnemonics where each lesson is thoughtfully created using Science of Reading. It is comprised of spelling and sound games, exciting songs and stories, educational videos, audio storybooks to aid in powerful learning. We believe that we offer the best phonics classes as we teach students phonics rules and patterns step by step, helping them become proficient readers and spellers.
