Dear Team, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my son’s ongoing classes. The demo class was very impressive, and based on that experience, I expected the same standard to continue. However, the regular classes have been quite average. This is my son’s first time attending any online course, so he is already a bit hesitant. Unfortunately, the current teacher has not been able to make him feel comfortable or engaged. Most of the session involves showing videos, which is something I can easily do for him at home as well. The excitement he had after the demo class has completely changed, and he is now denying attending the sessions. This is concerning for me as a parent. Therefore, I kindly request you to please assign a different teacher who can interact with him better and help him feel comfortable in the class. Looking forward to your support. Thank you.
