Types Of Public Speaking

Public speaking is the art of expressing one’s thoughts in front of an audience. Speeches are generally given on occasions like graduation, school assemblies, award functions, and other ceremonies. Speaking in front of the public enhances our confidence and verbal and non-verbal skills. So, knowing what we say (matter), how we say it (manner), and how we structure it (method) is crucial. Being presentable and using proper body language and voice modulation are keys to good speech.
