The Bhagavad Gita is a sacred Hindu Scripture. It contains enduring lessons on life, duty, and the nature of reality. This book is about the conversation between Prince Arjuna and Krishna, an avatar of Vishnu in the battlefield of Kurukshetra. Anger often leads to destruction and distracts the person from achieving their goals. It decreases the clarity of thoughts.

Gita teaches that one should always focus on the goals, dream big and work hard consistently to achieve the desired outcome from their life.
Encourage the little ones to dream big in ways like creative play, dream diary, sharing dreams and aspirations and helping them in managing failure.
