2. Encourage them to practice more :Children always need practise couple of times.  This can be done by having them rehearse their speech in front of family and friends or by having them give a “mock” presentation to you or someone else. It will definitely help them with good amount of confidence.
3. Teach them deep breathing exercises: Before starting the talk or speech , children can count 1,2,3 and take deep breath for 3 times , this breathing exercise will reduce the anxiety and makes them calm so that they can face the situation very well. 
4. Any mistakes is completely ok : Mistakes are very common among young ones, so we should always go with a mantra … mistakes are ok don’t worry … try your best . correct the mistakes during practises and little naughty sentences are still ok.
